Infinity Solutions uses a variety of remote support options in order to provide the best all-around service in the industry. In many instances, a remote session can be created to troubleshoot and resolve your computer issues without an on-site visit. Whenever possible, Infinity Solutions will utilize such methods to save your business unnecessary downtime and the higher expense of an on-site visit.

Infinity Solutions is available from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM M-F for remote support.

How remote support works: Click on the Get Support Now button to download crossloop, a freeware remote control utility. Install it on your computer (click next through all of the prompts). For more help with crossloop or more information please visit: www.crossloop.com. After crossloop is installed, click the page support tech button and answer the basic support questions. You should receive a call back within 30 minutes. If you do not already have an account with Infinity Solutions, the remote tech will go over the billing agreement with you. When you choose to accept, run crossloop, click host and then connect. Give your remote tech the 12 digit access code and he should then be able to remotely control your computer. Simple as that!
